Here’s a simple guide to obtaining your eSIMnow eSIM:

1. Ensure your device is compatible with eSIM and is carrier unlocked.
2. Choose and purchase your eSIM data plan.
3. Follow the provided installation instructions.

Your plan is activated as soon as you connect your eSIM to a compatible network. For instance, if you buy a 1-day plan and activate it at 10 AM, it will be valid for 24 hours, ending at 10 AM the next day.

After purchasing your eSIM, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the QR code for instant activation. The QR code takes no more than 2 minutes to arrive. Please be aware that once the eSIM is activated, it cannot be returned.

In most cases, your eSIMnow eSIM provides coverage at maximum speed (4G LTE), similar to a local data line. However, please be aware that in areas with weak coverage, your connection may operate at reduced speeds.

Set up your eSIM before you depart. When you arrive at your destination, activate your data plan by enabling roaming. We suggest printing out the QR code to bring with you on your trip as a backup. Keep in mind that you’ll need internet access to complete the eSIM installation.

If you require more data than what your eSIM provides, the best solution is to top up your eSIM with the amount of data that suits your needs.

We provide both single-region and multi-region plans for your selection. Based on your travel needs, you can choose from the following options:

- If you're visiting just one country or region, a country plan is ideal.
- For travel across multiple countries within a continent, a multi-region plan is recommended. Be sure to check that the covered countries align with your travel itinerary before purchasing.
- If you're traveling to countries across several continents, a global plan would be a great choice.

1. After your purchase, you'll receive an email with a QR code link.
2. Open the QR code link.
3. Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation:
- Choose the [Secondary] label or rename it to "eSIMnow eSIM."
- Select 'Default Line' and 'iMessage & FaceTime,' then tap [Continue].
- Set "eSIMnow eSIM" as your "Cellular Data" plan and tap [Done].

The installation process usually takes about 2 minutes. Ensure you have a stable internet connection throughout the setup.

For iOS devices, you can manually install your eSIMnow eSIM if you ordered it through the eSIMnow website.

1. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a QR code link.
2. Open the QR code link and copy the 'SM-DP+ Address' and 'Activation Code.'
3. Go to 'Settings' and tap 'Cellular.'
4. Select 'Add eSIM' and choose 'Enter Details Manually.'
5. Input the 'SM-DP+ Address' and 'Activation Code,' then follow the instructions to finish the installation:
- Choose the [Secondary] label or rename it to "eSIMnow eSIM."
- Select 'Default Line' and 'iMessage & FaceTime,' then tap [Continue].
- Set "eSIMnow eSIM" as the "Cellular Data" plan and tap [Done].
